And churches are full of lies--virgin births, creation mythology, everlasting life after death, resurrection, blah blah blah--so I don't see why that's an issue. I guess because the right makes such a meal of their association with religious fundamentalists I guess it might be a god political point to make though... Either way, after 8 years of Bush, I can't believe anyone would vote for a republican except an idiot, and surely you don't have that many certifiable morons left? Yes, this is low. The issue is that he was asked of his stay in the Green Room and he lied - he was never there. In a house of worship. The presence of God. McCain may not have sworn on a bible.. but lying, where the truth would've been the better judgment call in a church of all places, is *low*.
